Warranty Policy
- For Batteries: All of the batteries that we sell come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects or issues that may occur with the battery within one year of purchase as long as there is no physical damage to the battery.
- For other Internal Parts: We offer 180 days warranty in case of quality problem
- For repair tool and device:For small tools that we carry come with a 30-day warranty (unless otherwise specified). If there are any manufacturing defects or issues with the tools that are identified within 30 days of purchase, the product can be returned back to us and it will be covered under warranty. The only exception in this case is physical damage to the product or excessive wear and tear that may have caused the defect. For repair devices,the whole machine warranty is 1 year,the spare parts inside machine like heating core is guranteed for three months. You can apply for a replacement of spart parts within the warranty date
- For Pre-Owned Devices: All of our pre-owned devices come with a 60-day warranty covering functional issues within 60 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover devices with physical or internal damage, including cracks, bends, or signs of misuse. Devices must be returned free of any personal data, passcodes, and iCloud or Google locks, or they will be rejected. We do, however, guarantee the IMEI and support for any carrier-related issues for the lifetime of the device.
- For software:Once the key is activeated and can be used normally, no warranty service wil be provided

Limitation
Our policy is to honor guarantee claims within the guarantee period, unless the defect is caused by owner/user abuse or negligence or if the product was not used as intended. We may require you to return a product for analysis prior to issuance of a credit or replacement. GUPFIX is not liable for reimbursing third party costs as we facilitate customers to be able to do repairs themselves to save on labor.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GUPFIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
Shipping
In most cases, we will cross-ship guarantee replacements for defective parts and tools. This simply means that we will send you a replacement item and we expect to receive the defective item back.
To cross-ship, we may require you to ship the failed/defective item back to us before we send your replacement. So you must ask for a RMA number first See below for how to apply for a RMA number.

We’ll match your expedited shipping method within 5 working days after RMA is confirmed if the products you buying have item in US stock. Afterward, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method we use to send the replacement item.

Return Policy

a.Defective Parts(for most products):
If product purchased from GUPFIX does not function properly (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded) within 365 days from the original purchase date. Customers may initiate a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for an exchange or refund request.
- 0 - 30 Days:Â All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days after the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange replacement excluding shipping cost.
- 31 - 60 Days: All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 31 to 60 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price excluding shipping fee, whichever is lower.
- 60 - 180 Days: All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 61 to 180 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower, minus 50% processing fee. Refund amount will be given as a coupon (expires 180 days after date issued) to be used at checkout.
- 180+ Days: No refunds will be given after 180 days from the original purchase date. Customer needs to pay for the difference of the current selling price and original selling price for an exchange.

Step 1: Submit Request |
Submit your request to our Customer Service Team at sales@gupfix.com within 5 working days of receipt. Include the following in your email:
Attach photo evidence of the damaged or faulty item. A maximum of 3 images is allowed, with each image no larger than 2MB. Accepted file formats: .jpg, .gif, .png. |

Step 2: Approval |
Our Customer Service Team will review your request. If approved, we will notify you via email and provide the address of our nearest domestic warehouse for return. Note: The necessity of returning items is determined on a case-by-case basis. |

Step 3: Return Item |
If a return is required, ensure that the item is sent to our warehouse within 10 working days from the date of approval. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and either issue a refund or send a replacement. |
b. DOA, Dead on Arrival:
Please refuse the package (from the courier) if it looks like it has been opened or is visibly damaged, and contact us to let us know. If you have accepted a damaged package and the products inside are physically damaged or nonfunctioning please open a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receipt on our website. You will need to provide the information listed below in the RMA within that 7 day period after you have received the package so that we may file a claim with the shipment carrier in a timely manner:
- Pictures of the front and back of the shipment box.
- Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.
Note: Failure to provide information regarding DOA (Dead on Arrival) item within 7 days upon receipt will cause the RMA to be denied. Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.
Wrong parts ordered
c. Customer ordered wrong parts:
Technically, we hold no responsibility in returning items that were incorrectly ordered, but, that being said, that does not mean we do not want to help our customers in the event this happens. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and 30% (for refund requests) or 20% (for exchange requests) restocking fees will be charged after we have received and tested the product.
Note: Incorrect item orders that fail to open a RMA within 7 days upon receipt will be denied.
Wrong parts received
d. Customer received incorrect parts:
If you have received an incorrect item, please take 3 clear photos of the incorrect item with the SKU showing, and open a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) on our website. We will verify the error and fix it as quickly as possible.
RMA processing time (within 7 business days)
Depending on customer's request (refund or exchange), the RMA handling process can be finished within 7 business days after the defective items received by UR. If it has been over 7 business days, please send an email to runxu@gupfix.com, it will be handled immediately and a response will be provided within 24 hours.

We have no oversea return address at this moment, you have to ship the item back to china,so return shipping fee depends on your local post office. Below are examples of typical costs:

Unfortunately, some customers have abused our generous return, warranty, and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to customers who abuse our policies.

NOTICE
Following terms applies to all refunds and exchange.
- All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged. Otherwise, the RMA will be denied.
- All item(s) that have been returned without first receiving RMA approval will be denied.
- All item(s) being returned without the corresponding brand logo will be denied.
- All item(s) being returned without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of the package will be denied.
- All item(s) have a warranty period of 180 days from the original purchase date. The RMA will be denied if the product is over the 180 day warranty period.
