Which country you can ship to?
We ship to virtually all countries. There are some restrictions applicable to some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we shall contact you.
How to know my order's shipping cost?
The shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping rates may be higher than what we have listed on this website. In such cases we shall inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order or transaction.
When will my items be shipped after placing?
For most of the orders,they shall be available for shipping within three (3) business days after payment has cleared.
But for customised product and high amount orders,it may take more time to prepare and produce.We will contact and inform you if your order need extra time to ship
If any product is not released for delivery to you by within 14 calendar days from the date on which your order or transaction was accepted and your payment was received, or from the applicable estimated or quoted delivery date, whichever is the later, then either party may reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which event our sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, in respect of the late or non-delivery and the resulting rejection, cancellation or termination, shall be only a refund (without interest) of any payment you may already have made for such order or transaction.
Who is responsible for the lost if the goods are damaged in transit?
As between you and us, all risks of loss of, and damage to your purchased product(s) during the transportation process shall be borne solely and exclusively by you. Please note that, under applicable laws and/or international treaties, the liability of carriers, shippers, shipping agents, and/or other relevant parties for any loss of or damage to product(s) handled by them may be excluded, fixed, or limited. Accordingly, for all shipments, we recommend that you purchase appropriate, relevant, and adequate insurance to cover the risk of loss and damage during the transportation process. Please contact us to inquire about available insurance rates for your order or transaction.
DO you accept to ship products with Logos or Battery?
Yes, Battery and product with Logos(such as Samsung, Apple iPhone,Blackberry,HTC,Google,Wii, Xbox360, NDSL ect) are sensitive goods for shipping,so it should transfer with special shipping channel.
The shipping methods for battery and Products with brand logo will be shown on cart and check out page. For end-user,it's no problem to ship use the provided methods to ship, but for wholesalers, it is better to contact us to confrim the cost and shipping methods if you place a large amount batteries or branded products.
Why asked me VAT/GST number?
Many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anything from overseas. These are (1) Sales Tax (VAT); (2) Import Duty. Usually these taxes are not very high, and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand, many countries do not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.

How long it take for delivery?
We provide muiltiple shipping methods for different need to our clients, The transfer times will show during checkout for most countries which you can have a rough estimation of your delivery date.
Please take note that any shipping availability or delivery dates, times or periods mentioned here, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are simply approximations and are not guaranteed, and may experience delays for various reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control.. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. Except as provided in the next paragraph, we shall not be responsible or liable for any late or non-delivery (for whatever cause or reason, and whether or not within our control).
Should I buy an insurance for my orders and how to buy?
For single normal items and few amount order, it is no need to spend the extra money, but for high value and large amount order(like lcd screen, back glass), I strongly suggest to get an insurance for your goods.All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.) However, should items become damaged or lost while in transit to you, we shall not be responsible or liable therefor.

In the event that you purchase insurance, such insurance shall be upon and subject to the terms and conditions offered by the underwriter by whom such insurance is effected; provided however that the limit of the coverage provided by such insurance shall not be more than the invoice value of the items. In the event that you purchase insurance and are required to file a claim for any loss of or damage to your product under such insurance through us, please contact us to initiate the claim. We shall then refund the cost or replace the item, but only if and after confirmation has been received from the insurance company regarding acceptance of the claim and payment of the compensation.
Can I use my own chinese logistic agent to ship?
Of course, it is perfect if you have your own agent in china,please contact us for your agent's shipping infomation,we will arrange to ship diretly to your agent.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/PO BOXES?
We do provide few shipping methods to ship to APO/FPO/PO BOXES,but there is some shipping limitation like weight,volume,so please contact us first before placing your order if your shipping address is APO/FPO/PO BOXES
If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for this?
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. However, customs duties is the buyer’s responsibility. Not all products will incur customs duties.
If my order detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance??
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has left China Hong Kong, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
