Troubleshooting Guide: After Battery Replacement
Solve the issue after replacing before leaving a negative review or return by yourself
Replacing a battery requires a certain level of repair expertise, and every step of the replacement process is critical. Many customers encounter various issues after replacing a battery, and they often attribute these problems to product quality defects. In reality, however, such issues frequently stem from subtle procedural errors made during the replacement process—such as disassembling components in the wrong order, misplacing screws, or inadvertently damaging ribbon cables. To address this, we have collaborated with our manufacturing technical team and partner of some professional mobile phone repair shops to compile a comprehensive troubleshooting guide specifically for mobile phone battery repairs.

Why the items come without a battery replacement instruction?
Since the launch of the first generation of iPhone, dozens of different models have been released. The steps required to replace the battery vary significantly from one model to another; consequently, it is hard for us to provide detailed, model-specific, step-by-step illustrated instructions for every single iPhone model . We do, in fact, possess a set of generic replacement instructions; however, we have found that many customers encounter difficulties—or perform the procedure incorrectly—because these generic instructions lack the specific details required for their particular model. This often leads to customer complaints and even negative reviews. So we gave up adding printed instructions inside our products. Instead, we strongly recommend that customers search for battery replacement video tutorials specific to their iPhone model on platforms such as YouTube or specialized mobile repair websites like iFixit. This approach ensures that customers can execute the entire replacement process with greater precision and accuracy.
Attached below is a copy of our generic iPhone battery replacement guide, which you are welcome to download if you find it useful.
